Sample Kit
A sample kit is sent with each purchase that includes sample container(s) [number based on quantity of tests purchased], sampling instructions, sample ID form and return shipping label. Standard shipping is included with each sample kit (both outbound and return) which typically takes between 3 and 4 days each way. Please contact us if you’d like to use express shipping options at an added cost.
